3 Inventory Management Examples

For a restaurant chain with over 2,500 locations across the US, we release branded catering packaging to Sysco from our warehouses. In this way, the restaurant chain always has the right number of catering packaging on hand at every location.

We've also offered packaging inventory management to a 200 outlet pizza chain where we delivered individual pizza cartons to each location.

One last example is how we used our warehouse in China to supply shoe packaging to a client's factories in China, which were then sold to BJs. The shoe factories couldn't handle all packaging arriving at once, so we staggered the deliveries by getting the factories only what was needed and exactly when it was needed, just in time.
