Our customer creates beautiful and delicate figurines that are made in Asia and distributed around the world. But the production of nearly 400 packaging components assembled in four different manufacturing plants spanning three countries was becoming impossible to manage. Plus packaging was inconsistent, including sizes, colors, and appearance.
