Crate & Barrel – 50th Anniversary

Crate & Barrel wanted to thank couples for registering on their bridal gift registry. They asked us to create and assemble complete gift boxes that included a thank you card, two imported crystal champagne flutes and a gift book.

Our solution needed to not only protect the delicate crystal glasses, but also reflect the simple elegance of the Crate & Barrel brand. We coordinated the timely delivery of tens of thousands of components, while designing, producing, and assembling these beautiful gifts. The project came in on budget and with plenty of style. In fact, these Bridal Gift Registry Boxes made Crate & Barrel as happy as the couples receiving them.

“Joy” Gift Packaging

Our customer creates beautiful and delicate figurines that are made in Asia and distributed around the world. But the production of nearly 400 packaging components assembled in four different manufacturing plants spanning three countries was becoming impossible to manage. Plus packaging was inconsistent, including sizes, colors, and appearance. They needed a partner to not only take over the system, but also one who understood the delicate tax and shipping implications of producing and shipping from China.

By creating a streamlined, completely integrated packaging program we shortened delivery time, reduced costs and improved the brand message.

Cielo Shipper

TPH Global Solutions^® was asked to design and
produce a six-pack corrugated shipper for a new
premium brand of Tequila called Cielo. These
shippers needed an upscale look, yet also be
sturdy and functional.

We designed and supplied corrugated RSCs (regular slotted containers) with a 4-color, full mount litho label. To further enhance the perception of the premium product, a bleached liner was used on the interior
of the package.
