How long does it take to design a package?
Paperboard packaging: 1 week
Plastic packaging: 2 - 4 weeks*

How long for a display?
Semi-permanent: 1 - 2 weeks
Permanent: 2 - 4 weeks*

*Prototyping may add 1 - 3 weeks to the time frame depending on the manufacturing process.

Once I have approved a design, how long to get a price?
Pricing turnaround depends on a number of factors:
1. Domestic production: < 1 weeks
2. International production: < 2 weeks

Do you charge for folding carton or corrugated samples?

TPH Global Solutions provides structural design and sampling for folding carton and corrugated projects at no charge.

Who supplies the art?

Typically, you - as the customer - supply the graphics. From time to time, TPH Global Solutions is asked to supply original artwork incorporating graphic elements supplied by the customer.

Can I supply my own films?

TPH Global Solutions prefers to manage the pre-production process. We provide on-line proofing and state-of-the-art digital proofing for color OKs. The overwhelming majority of our print projects are prepared using computer to plate technology.

Can you print disk-to-plate (CTP)?

Do I need to be on press when my job prints?

It is always beneficial to have the customer join us on-press. However, with many of our jobs running overseas, it is not practical. Therefore, we follow a disciplined approval process that is intended to provide customers with absolute confidence that their desired print expectations will be met.

How do I know my product will arrive safely to my customers?

TPH Global Solutions manages the flow of materials from concept through delivery. We track each order and will update you on the status of shipments as you require.

What is the lead-time for manufacturing, once a design has been approved?
Domestic:

    2. Plastic packaging: 4 - 8 weeks
  2. Displays
    1. Semi-permanent: 3 - 5 weeks
    2. Permanent: 6 - 8 weeks
International:

Freight - for planning purposes, we advise customers to allow 40 days for door-to-door shipping from Asia.
